What is the AI Bootcamp for Finance Leaders?
Eight working sessions of two hours over about four weeks, two per week, for one to four people from your finance team. At the end Claude Code is set up for your team, one use case built by your team is running, and you have the pattern for the next ones.
Who is it for?
Finance leaders at tech companies with 30 to 500 people who want their team to build with AI instead of watching demos. CFOs, VPs Finance, Heads of Finance and the people who run the close.
Do we need to be technical?
No. I work with finance people, not developers. If you can write an Excel formula and read an ERP export, you bring enough. Willingness to try it on real work between sessions matters more.
Which tools do we use?
Claude Code as the workbench, Claude Cowork for team members who prefer a desktop app over a terminal. Plus connectors to what you already use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, your export folders.
What about our data?
It stays in your environment and your accounts. Which data may go into which tool is part of week one, before anything is built, and I write it down for your IT.
